Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Validity
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date cannot be extended. Any unused balance after the expiry date will be forfeited. -
Redemption
Gift vouchers must be redeemed by contacting Laura directly to arrange a consultation or appointment. Booking is subject to availability. -
Medical Suitability
All treatments or services are subject to a consultation and medical assessment. If, during the consultation, the recipient is deemed medically unsuitable or treatment is not recommended, a full refund of the voucher value will be issued to the original purchaser. -
Non-Transferable / Non-Exchangeable
Gift vouchers:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash (except where a refund is required due to medical unsuitability)
- Cannot be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.

Partial Use
If the chosen service is less than the voucher value, any remaining balance may be used towards future treatments within the voucher validity period. No cash change will be given. -
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers and they cannot be replaced. -
Refund Policy
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where the recipient is deemed medically unsuitable following consultation. -
Price Changes
If service prices increase after the voucher purchase, the voucher will be honoured for the value paid, and any price difference must be paid at the time of booking. -
Right to Amend
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The terms applicable will be those in place at the time of voucher purchase. -
